The Profound Dermal treatment is for moderate to severe facial and neck laxity.

The Profound Dermal is a revolutionary energy-based facial treatment that creates new collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. In clinical studies the Profound has a 100% response rate for wrinkles and a 95% response rate for laxity. It is ideal for treating sagging, loose skin in the lower face, along the jawline, and under the chin. The Profound contours, lifts, and smooths the lower face and neck. A treatment takes approximately one hour. Topical anesthetic, applied first, is followed by subcutaneous injections of anesthetic to ensure comfort during the procedure and to reduce bruising. Swelling for 24 hours after the procedure is common and bruising may last five to seven days. Makeup and sunscreen can be used after 24 hours. Results are seen over a period of time - sometimes up to six months after the treatment. Only one treatment is necessary and the results last two to three years.* READ MORE ABOUT PROFOUND DERMAL

"The procedure was very good as compared to some of the other procedures that I have had and it was relatively painless. Following the procedure, I now see no jowls whatsoever. I see a softening of what I call “tiger stripes” and a lessening of the folds around my mouth. It's one of the best procedures I have ever done." - R.Y.

"My skin is definitely tighter. I had a real laxity problem and I had been through all kinds of treatments. I was so concerned about it, that I had considered having a facelift, but his procedure completely obviated that need." - J.N.

"I recently have been considering a neck lift and decided to try the Profound procedure as a last resort before having the neck lift. I had such fantastic results and don't need the neck lift. I highly recommend it. It really works!" - M.S.

The Profound Subcutaneous handpiece is used to tighten skin and treat imperfections beneath the skin, cellulite, and uneven fat deposits on the face and body.

The new SubQ handpiece delivers the same powerful and precise fractional radiofrequency as the Dermal handpiece but the treatment is deeper therefore targeting the adipose or fat tissue. Breakdown of the fat occurs over an extended period of time. Overlying skin tightening occurs during this process. The treatment is similar to the Dermal treatments. Topical anesthetic followed by injected anesthetic is used prior to the treatment, which takes approximately 45 minutes. Post-treatment care involves topical products to protect the treated area and oral OTC medication like ibuprofen for discomfort and swelling. Bruising is common. Activities are mildly limited for three to five days, depending on the area treated.* READ MORE ABOUT FRACTIONAL RADIOFREQUENCY
